MASTER STORY PRACTITIONER TERRENCE GARGIULO
Terrence, based in Monterey, California, is a wonderful teacher and storyteller. He is offering a best practice guide for optimally weaving story into Townhall and other all-employee meetings to generate, elicit, capture, extract meaning, and act to improve and uplift the organisation.
Since being interviewed by Melanie Harwood we have worked hard to develop a 5-webinar module on STORY for Educcate Global’s on their learning portal offering to schools around the World. The online webinars enable schools to find, construct, develop and finesse their unique and values-led story about making a difference in educating for the future (including using lateral thinking, systems knowing and circle work), how to story-bridge to overcome obstacles, and how to present their stories with purpose, passion and panache. The module should be launched before year-end.

We are planning to move from city to country, hopefully this year.
I apologise for the sporadic nature of Halo and Noose “monthly” newsletters. I’ve been producing them as concerns arise and not as a monthly missive.
After moving, I hope to return to my old normal.
Former South African President Jacob Zuma was jailed for 15 months for contempt of court. This triggered an outbreak of looting and anarchy that resulted in extensive damage to South Africa’s economy, social fabric, security and stability. A sad story. We are regressing towards another failed African state. On 10th August he again appears in court (together with French armaments company, Thales, on charges of corruption, fraud, racketeering and money laundering. We hope that further incitement to more widespread anarchy doesn’t happen …
