I facilitated a session on the use of story at the 2017 summit. The 2019 summit is about future-fitting the business analysis profession and a friend and fellow story practitioner from the USA, Lori Silverman, is a keynote speaker who will share savvy ways of cutting through masses of data to make effective decisions – on 18th September.
