It is current wisdom to display a positive front, attitude, thinking – certainly in the workplace. This Either/ Or thinking has relegated negative thinking to the realm of loser, pessimist, energy – drainer. Has positivity been wrongly understood? Is there room for a balanced approach? Positivity is a good topic for the first newsletter of 2019.
