Our inhouse workshop programme Head, Heart, Hands Leadership resonates with latest findings from neuroscience. In an article in Human Capital Review, authors Grant Soosalu and Marvin Oka, talking about multiple-brained leadership: (It)“requires wise leaders who are integrated across their head, heart and gut brains; leaders who are neurologically integrated”.
