WHAT'S IN THIS NEWSLETTER NEWS ENCOURAGEMENT A little bit of encouragement goes a long way. CHINA LAUNCH OF THE HALO AND THE NOOSE The launch inches closer with the completion early in December of the translation from English to Chinese THE MEANING OF MARY MAGDALENE I loved reading this challenging, scholarly, overdue work by Cynthia Bourgeault. It has been described as a spiritual masterpiece Ms MAGDALENE JEYARATHAM Director of the Indian Institute of Psychodrama, Magdalene's recent TED Talk on Psychodrama is worth a listen https://youtu.be/CfDUUugbTeY FOR YOU I wish you and yours every blessing as you enter a momentous decade ahead. An ancient Celtic blessing: May the road rise up to meet you. May the wind be always at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face; the rains fall soft upon your fields and until we meet again, may God hold you in the palm of His hand. MY HEALTH A November routine check unearthed some tummy infections. Two days after the checkup I got food poisoning, and this additional trauma must have added to the bacterial infection and unsettle other organs and functions - nothing too serious, water on the lungs, heart murmur, and discovery of a gall stone/ gall bladder infection and thickened wall. Hopefully treatment and recovery will be rapid, and your prayers and good wishes will be really appreciated. Medical staff have been competent, patient, kind and their high touch advances may even have outstripped high tech advances! NEW
